This document outlines how EIP Worlds collects, processes, and protects information submitted through our public marketing website and multi-tenant portals.

Information submitted by visitors

Enquiry and demo-request forms store your full name, business email, contact number, company name, interested products, messages, and timestamps. Demo requests also record your preferred schedule and time zone so our solutions engineers can confirm your session.

Data Storage & Cloud Security

Inbound inquiries are processed by serverless AWS Lambda functions and stored with encryption at rest in Amazon DynamoDB. Tenant platform data is strictly segregated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), preventing cross-tenant access.

Email Notifications

Automated demo schedule confirmations, status updates, and meeting links are delivered via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Transactional emails contain no marketing tracking pixels or third-party cookies.

Access and Data Retention

Inquiry records are accessible only to authenticated administrators via AWS Cognito. You may request data inspection, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting our privacy team.
